ACQUITY UPLC 颗粒技术
UPLC?颗粒*不同于常规HPLC 填料颗粒,它需要经过UPLC测试和认证并且能够耐受UPLC操作压力(如 15000 psi/1000 bar)。为什么颗粒的耐压性能如此重要? 为了实现亚2 μm颗粒的高柱效,需要使用更高的线速度(即更高流速),这种情况下会产生更高的操作压力。沃特世公司已经推出了两种高效耐压的UPLC 颗粒:
1.7 μm亚乙基桥杂化(BEH)颗粒
1.8 μm高强度硅胶(HSS)颗粒

T3 C18
为保留和分离极性有机化合物而设计,低键合密度反相C18 柱,100%纯水相流动相兼容,与Atlantis? T3 HPLC高效液相色谱柱类似。 的ACQUITY UPLC 键合相,ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18 色谱柱为碱性化合物的分离提供的峰形,与ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 色谱柱相比,有教强的保留,并且在低pH值具有相当长的色谱柱寿命。
